Flame and Breeze class meets once per week:

New classes will being in July and August. Call for class times and availability. Pre-registration and payment are required, space is limited to the first 7 people who complete registration, classes schedules are on-going, please call the registration number above for availability. All classes begin and end with prayer and dedication to Jesus Christ.

Private Yoga Instruction and Personal Training:

One session: $50.00 per hour

A one time yoga private is much like a massage, only yoga is giving the massage. This session is perfect for anyone wanting to follow the Flame or Breeze instructional CD or podcast, or your favorite yoga DVD. I will answer your questions and go over proper alignment for your body type and/or injuries. You will advance your postures and reenergize your practice.

Five sessions: $225.00

In five sessions Antiqua will design a goal-spacific-class just for you. This is wonderful for anyone who has cronic injuries or pain, has specific needs including weight loss, if you want to change your life with yoga join me for 5 or 15. Also, included in this program is diet plan to help you live lighter and with more energy, learn to eat as God intended according to the Bible.

15 sessions: $600.00

This program is designed for anyone who thrives on continuing motivation. Antiqua will develop 3 yoga classes just for you, and enhance them with weightlifting support to transform your body into peak physical condition. With more attention to your personal goals, within these sessions you will learn more about how other yoga techniques can and will enhance your life and practice; including eating according to the what the Bible says, or in other words eating with nature, a sure-fire way to beautiful hair, skin and a fabulous body.

Host a yoga party: $75 an hour

You put the class together, and Antiqua will come to your location. This is perfect for groups of friends, yoga parties.
